If the product arrives to you in a significantly damaged box, then make sure to contact us before opening. You MUST report any defects or damages within 3 business days of the delivery date. No credit will be given back for miscellaneous shipments back, as we cannot trace these with any accuracy.

Some merchandise listed below must be returned unopened and still wrapped to qualify. This does not include Pitching Machines or Batting Cages ! As we understand they must be removed from original packaging for use.

If you return an item on one of these categories or others, is opened or clearly used they will be considered used and refunds will be computed on a case by case basis. The items listed above must be in new condition for a full refund.
Bat Warranty
Aluminum/composite bats carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly for Return Authorization. Proof of purchase is required, so we recommend that you keep your bat invoice. This is required by the manufacturers, not us.

Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it is automatically moved into our order fulfillment queue. We ask you to be careful in your selections of sizes and colors and double check them before you check out. If you happen to make a mistake, you may contact us and request a change within 24hrs but if the order has already shipped you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. . When the item arrives email us and we will issue an RMA and a Ups Call Tag . Once Ups picks up the package we can then ship the correct item.
Shipping
We cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.We can combine Shipping and Handling from multiple auctions Orders on in stock merchandise placed by 6:00pm Central Time will be fulfilled within the same day. Out of stock or special orders time will vary depending on what it is. Special orders are subject to the vendors availability and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date provided to us by the manufacturer. It is not exact though but the staff at Hookem Baseball/Softball Savings Warehouse will keep you informed if there are any delays in your order. Most orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the day of shipping. Weekends and Holidays are excluded. We offer a variety of shipping methods which you can choose from.
